Shipping Policy

How do we ship？Your order will be processed and shipped out in 1-2 working days. After you order online, our logistics provider will coordinate with the local carrier to pick up and package the items. Once done, we will receive a order tracking number from them, and meanwhile fulfill your order along with a shipping confirmation sent to your email. Once the freight is loaded, the carrier will tender the shipment to your destination or to the airport where it will be put onto a plane and deliver. (*Note: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic worldwide there may be delays in delivery. But we are open as usual and we will always work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.)

Can I trace my package? Absolutely, all sent parcels are completely traceable. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. You are able to track your parcels at the logistic or third-party site, such as 17track. It's also welcome and convenient to track orders at the order-track-page from www.junomallet.com

What if order missing? In case of a shipment that went missing as the result of an error by the carrier (and after the complaint procedure of the carrier has been completed), JUNO MALLET will either refund you or will try to re-ship the ordered product. In case a shipment still has not been delivered at your delivery address (or the pick-up point) 14 days after the shipment date, you have the obligation to inform the guest service by email to service@junomalletlondon.com within 14 days (meaning: ultimately 28 days after the shipment date).

Can I send this gift parcel to an address different from mine? All the places in our coverage area and the countries we support to ship can benefit from this opportunity.

What happens if I am not at home or can’t be at home at the time of delivery? In case of absence at the delivery time, a delivery notice will be left and it is your responsibility to collect the parcel from the place and in the time scale indicated. If the deadline is passed, the products will be returned to JUNO MALLET and it will be your responsibility to make contact with our customer services to organize another delivery at your cost.

How much does shipping cost? We are pleased to offer FREE Standard shipping for both national and international orders over £60 GBP, or $79 USD, or other equivalent currencies.

How long will delivery take? Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order. As mentioned above, all orders will be processed and shipped out within 2 working days, excluding public holidays that will require up to an extra 1 working day for processing. The shipping time depends on the country, as well as the location. An order that is shipped to a rural location may take longer than an order that is shipped to a big (metropolitan) area. As mentioned in the advertisement of the product, the shipping time in days differs per shipping country. (* Working days means that weekends and holidays should not be taken into account.)
